Diane E. Robbins, Principal Attorney

Diane Robbins is the principal attorney with Robbins and Holdaway, APC, specializing in estate planning, trust administration, probate, and municipal law.

Ms. Robbins has extensive experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration. She is dedicated to helping clients navigate concerns about the future of their estate or the estate of a loved one who has passed. She enjoys preparing tailored estate plans to ensure that clients' assets are distributed according to their wishes, while minimizing the need for costly and time-consuming court involvement. Ms. Robbins also practices municipal law, having served as the City Attorney for the City of Montclair since 1996 and as the City Attorney for the City of Loma Linda since 2022.

Ms. Robbins was raised in the Inland Empire and has followed in the footsteps of her father, attorney Richard J. Evans, who also served the Ontario and surrounding communities. She attended Chaffey High School in Ontario, California and went on to receive her Bachelor of Arts degree from Pomona College in Claremont, California. Ms. Robbins earned her Juris Doctor at University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California and is admitted to the State Bar of California, the U.S. District Court of California, Central District, and the United States Supreme Court.

In her time outside of the office, Ms. Robbins enjoys golfing, exercising, and cooking delicious meals for her family.

Katie Woznicki, Associate Attorney

Katie Woznicki is an associate attorney with Robbins and Holdaway, APC, specializing in estate planning and trust administration.

Ms. Woznicki has several years of estate planning experience, working as a law clerk even before becoming an associate attorney in December 2022. Her compassionate disposition and expertise allow her to build rapport and gain clients’ confidence while strategizing to meet clients’ expressed objectives. Ms. Woznicki especially enjoys empowering clients to protect their loved ones and secure their legacies with personalized estate planning approaches.

Ms. Woznicki earned her Juris Doctor at Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law, where she was admitted as a merit scholar and awarded a full tuition scholarship. At Chapman, she was honored with the prestigious CALI Excellence for the Future Award and was selected by her professor to serve as the Academic Fellow for the Wills and Trusts course, entrusting her with the responsibility of leading weekly sessions for students to review course material, develop study strategies, and practice exam taking skills.

Outside of the office, Ms. Woznicki enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her husband and French bulldog, “Zoey.”

Amanda Lomeli Diaz, Legal Assistant

Amanda Lomeli Diaz is an estate planning legal assistant and notary with Robbins and Holdaway, APC and has been an integral part of the team for over 11 years.

Ms. Diaz earned her Paralegal Certificate from El Camino Community College in 2005, equipping her with the skills and expertise to excel in her role. With over 22 years of experience as a legal assistant, Ms. Diaz has established herself as a dedicated and knowledgeable professional. Known for her friendly demeanor and unwavering commitment to client satisfaction, she greets each client with a warm smile and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure their needs are met.

Outside of the office, Ms. Diaz enjoys trying new restaurants, camping, and spending time with her family.

Brenda Youngblood, Legal Assistant

Brenda Youngblood is a skilled legal assistant and notary with Robbins and Holdaway, APC, bringing over 25 years of experience to the team.

Ms. Youngblood earned her Juris Doctor from the British-American College of Law, where she developed critical legal acumen and set the foundation for her successful career. With substantial expertise in probate law, Ms. Youngblood ensures that clients receive the highest level of support and care as they navigate unfamiliar legal territory. Clients can count on her to welcome them with a friendly smile and professional demeanor.

Outside of the office, Ms. Youngblood enjoys fishing, sewing, and spending time with her family.
